The Partnership's mission and the goals of the Statewide Plan are achieved by the work of Partner organizations.
- Lead Partners create objectives to accomplish the Statewide Plan goals, and they report their progress on those objectives annually.
- Supporting Partners report their activities that pertain to the Statewide Plan goals annually.
Partners' accomplishments are published in the Progress Report each June. All Partners are encouraged to post their activities on the Initiatives webpage, which may be updated continuously. This page is a rich resource for seeing what others are doing across the State and for connecting with others doing similar work.
Every organization that posts its information on the Initiatives webpage and/or reports its accomplishments toward the Statewide Plan goals for publication in the Progress Report is a Partner. Every organization that provides financial or in-kind support is also a Partner. The list of Partners is updated each fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
